Lucy Sisniega is the Founder of Sisniega Real Estate. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent with nearly 20 years of experience - she is the only woman in the Permian Basin specializing in Commercial Real Estate full-time.
Lucy moved to Midland in 2013 and has rapidly established herself in the retail, industrial, office, and land markets while remaining active in projects in Mission and McAllen, Texas.
Once voted “Super Mom’, Lucy is committed to her family and is always active with several non-profits and charitable organizations across West Texas.
Lucy’s expertise spans from planning new projects to serving as Leasing & Property Manager at several large properties.
Her real estate experience is broad and varies including investment acquisition/disposition, multifamily, site selection, land development, and buyer/tenant representation for Plaza Sports Center, La Jaiba Shrimp House, Kumori, APEX Carwash, La Hacienda restaurant, and Nails of America to name a few.
